I’m a busy working Mum trying to squeeze fitness and health into parenting and a full time job.
I’m not a dietitian, nutritionist or a fitness expert. I’m just a Mum with a passion for fitness trying to muddle through like everyone else.
I have one 12 year old boy, so have more time than most, but I still don’t feel there are enough hours in the day to do everything I need to as well as train and eat well.
I love swimming and running and have done one triathlon and one Go-Tri and am aiming to do more this year. I’ve dipped my toe into the world of open water swimming and loved it.
