I’m a busy working Mum trying to squeeze fitness into parenting and a full-time job.
I’m not a dietitian, nutritionist or a fitness expert. I’m just a Mum with a huge passion for fitness trying to muddle through like everyone else.
I have one 12-year-old boy, so have more time than most, but I still don’t feel there are enough hours in the day to do everything I need to as well as train and eat well.
I love triathlon particularly the swimming and running  (not so much the bike but I’m working on that).  I recently had a go at open water swimming which I loved.
There are lots of experts out there giving brilliant advice but incorporating it into a busy life with children or work – or both can be hard and sometimes impossible.
